Initial Designs

This page shows some of the initial brainstorms and ideas I had regarding my online portfolio. I need to collect information about the portfolio before I starting to sketch and or create it. I needed to collect information such as; Who it is for, Where and on what it needed to work on, What needed to be included, the functionality, how it works, and then what it will look like.

After thinking about the content and functionaliy that would need to be included I then went on to some basic layout sketches as well as starting to design the functionality as well as the layout for the content. This includes basic page layouts, header/banner content as well as designs for functionality such as buttons and or menu bars. These designs included colour schemes and visual notes as well as content and functionality.

I also created a Site Map so that when it came to creating the navigation I would be able to keep track of all of my pages and therefore make it easy for the user to navigate around the portfolio.
